Large Project Funding and Environmental Sustainability Fund Applications are due on June 10, 2022.

If so, you can apply for funding from the Graduate Studies Endowment Fund (GSEF). We are also relaunching the Environmental Sustainability Award for the Fall 2021 term!
The 2021 Constitutional Referendum has passed!
Between May 17 to May 20, 2021, graduate students had the opportunity to vote towards the proposed changes to the GSEF Constitution.
86.27% of votes were in favour of the constitutional amendments, while 13.73% of votes were against. Overall, the 2/3 majority was exceeded, and the vote passed. The University of Waterloo Board of Governors approved the proposed amendments to the Constitution on June 1, 2021.
