Unit4: Procurement system for purchasing lab supplies.
Concur: System for reimbursing UW business-related travel and non-travel expenses.
Travel claims: Contact us before booking conference attendance or making travel arrangements.
Computer purchases: Assistance with coordinating purchases (in collaboration with the IQC Tech Team).
Research grant guidance: Support with eligible expenses and compliance for research grants.
Shipping requests: Assistance with processing shipments.
GRS payments: Guidance on Graduate Research Studentship (GRS) payments.
TA and RA hiring: Support with Workday (HR system) for hiring Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Research Assistants (RAs).
