Smart metres yield small decrease in electricity use
In a recent study, a team of researchers led by Management Sciences professor Lukasz Golab found that the implementation of smart metres in Ontario has resulted in only a small decrease in energy usage during on-peak and mid-peak hours. The findings were recently published in the Energy Policy journal.
Statistics Canada Reports Management Sciences Graduates Among Top Earners
A report released in March 2016 by Statistics Canada suggests "...Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods graduates were the top earners among male and female bachelor's degree holders in 2010."
The Economic Insights report goes on to put Management graduate degrees in the top five earners by field of study.
