Biography: Ali Karparvarfard is currently a 4th year PhD candidate in MME at the University of Waterloo. His research focuses on the fatigue behavior characterization of forged Mg alloys. Ali is working at the Fatigue and Stress Analysis lab (FATSLAB) under the supervision of Dr. Hamid Jahed.
