What can Renison IT do for you?
Ther Renison Information Services team is committed to providing our community with the highest level of technical services and assistance. In addition to the technical infrastructure of the college, we support Audio/Visual in the classroom and for events. We also provide support and training for instructors and staff in an ever-evolving environment.
Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
All requests for assistance as well as requests for IT hardware and software can be submitted to email@example.com. These requests are submitted directly to a HelpDesk request system and a confirmation e-mail will arrive in your inbox. This system is used to track requests from initial report through resolution. All notes and communication can be tracked through this system.

For classroom issues or equipment failures, please call one of the above numbers. A request will be created on your behalf and you will receive notification via e-mail.
If you make a request in person, you may be asked to submit a HelpDesk request via e-mail so all details are available for the technician while they work towards a resolution.
