What can theatre make possible that a lecture or report cannot?
For Amir Al-Azraki, Associate Professor at Renison, and Janna Martin, sessional lecturer at Renison and a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Community Based Research, it can invite people into the story itself.
Renison's All-College event on April 8, 2026, led by Dr. Jessica Riddell, was a day of reflection, connection and shared purpose that reflects a renewed direction for the College.
Renison Alum Ajirioghene Evi (currently CEO of the Ontario Association of Social Workers) was one of two recipients of the King Charles III Coronation Medal last week at the Region of Waterloo.

The Renison Board of Governors invites nominations for vacancies among the elected members of the Board effective January 1, 2024 for a three year term. To be eligible for nomination, the nominee must be at least 18 years of age and be committed to acting in the best interests of Renison as a whole community. This opportunity is open to members of the community (non-employees).
