How I get involved: I get involved by volunteering annually at events (You@Waterloo day, Chem Lab Days, Gem and Mineral Show), working as a teaching assistant, and becoming a science ambassador! Outside of that, I love exploring the many different clubs the school has!

Why I love my program

I love my program because it allows me to explore a perfect mix of biology, chemistry, physics, and electives. This program has really pushed me outside my comfort zone, which has allowed me to grow both academically and personally.

Why University of Waterloo?

I chose the University of Waterloo because of the unique sense of community I felt from the first time I visited the school. From the beginning, I always knew the University of Waterloo was a place where I could challenge myself academically while also feeling supported by both my peers and faculty. Plus, the bridges connecting some of the buildings are a huge bonus, especially during the winter!
