Program: Honours Biology

Year: 3

Stream of study: Regular

Pronouns: She/Her

Career goal: Grad school first, then we'll see!

How I get involved: I like to stay involved at UW by surrounding myself with other individuals passionate about my interests! Other than the Science Ambassadors, I am also a executive member of the Biology Undergraduate Society (BUGS), the Neuroscience Association (UWNSA), and the Society for Ecological Restoration (SER)! I also love going out of my way to attend as many events on campus as I can when I have the time. Some of my favourites are the Materials and Nanoscience lab events and Waterboo movie nights.

Why I love my program

The exploration that the Biology program allows is an absolutely wonderful way to pursue an undergraduate degree. It has given me the opportunity to have a more well-rounded approach to my education, exploring every subsection that the Science Faculty has to offer!

Why University of Waterloo?

The proximity to home along with the research opportunities within the Science Faculty were just two wonderful reasons that made UW the right choice for me!
