Additionally, I have participated in volleyball, beach volleyball, soccer intramurals and have been apart of many labs :)

Why I love my program

I am passionate about my program because it gives me the opportunity to explore a wide range of topics in both biology and chemistry. I find it especially fascinating to study metabolism and its regulation, as these processes are fundamental to how living things function.

Why University of Waterloo?

I chose the University of Waterloo because it offers outstanding lab facilities and a plethora of opportunities to get involved both academically and beyond the classroom. What really stood out to me is how Waterloo encourages students to become well-rounded individuals by exploring different interests outside their main field of study. This supportive environment for personal and professional growth played a huge role in my decision to attend Waterloo.
