How I get involved
I’m an active member of Waterloo’s Cheer Team, where I contribute to school spirit and team leadership. I also work as a Teaching Assistant, supporting students through course material and helping facilitate their learning. In addition, I’ve tutored Organic Chemistry, providing one-on-one academic support to help students build confidence and succeed in the course.
Why I love my program
Biomedical Science lets me dive into the science behind health, disease, and the human body. I love that the program is both academically rigorous and deeply relevant to real-world healthcare. It gives me the tools, knowledge, and motivation to pursue a career where I can support and improve the lives of others.
Why University of Waterloo?
I was drawn to Waterloo because of its supportive learning environment and its commitment to academic excellence. I wanted a university where I could push myself, explore different areas of science, and be part of a community that values curiosity and innovation.
