St. Paul’s GreenHouse and 80-20 Growth Corporation are excited to launch a sales training program for social entrepreneurs. Supported by the Ontario Centres for Excellence's Ontario Social Impact Vouchers, the program provides world-class sales training to help you unlock your potential as a social innovator.
Having worked for small local firms to Fortune 100 companies, and having expertise in all key sales training methodologies, 80-20 Growth has the art and science covered to help companies at any stage to grow aggressively. The market value of this training is $6,000, but through OCE’s Ontario Social Impact Voucher program, you have the opportunity to receive the training free of charge.
Successful applicants receive 20 hours of intensive in-person training, 6 hours of 1:1 sales coaching from 80-20, and 3 hours of start-up coaching from St. Paul’s GreenHouse. Training topics include:
- Customer value proposition assessment and creatioin
- Identifying the ideal customer profile
- Call script design and training
- Training in a broad range of different sales methodologies
Who is it for?
The program is designed for founders and employees of social ventures that are at, or beyond, the proof-of-concept stage. You should have a refined product/service, a validated value proposition, and an understanding of who your customers are. The venture can be pre-revenue, although revenue-generating ventures are highly encouraged to apply.
The training will take place between March and August 2017.
