There was a strong cheesy flavour coming from Watson’s eatery at St. Paul’s University College on Wednesday evening.
“It was all a bit surreal. It was very professionally run from the time when we checked in through to the live show. It all went very smoothly. I found everyone was very friendly and took the time to get to know each other whether you were from one wing or another.”
It was the November Community Dinner, the Artisan cheese night theme with four different food stations for the crowd to try. Enchanted by the crystal candle lit ambiance, the passed hors d’oeuvres, desserts, mocktails and frizzy grape, one cannot help but simply feel entranced.
It was truly a night to remember!
