Apartments include kitchen appliances but are otherwise unfurnished. A limited amount of furniture is available for rent for $400.00/term.
Furniture rental fees are due before the first day of the each new term. Late payments will be charged interest (at 1.5% per month) and may affect your ability to renew your agreement.
Furniture package details are outlined on the Furniture Rental Form (PDF) that you are required to fill out and submit along with your initial $400.00/term rental payment.
Please note that tenants must take all furniture pieces in the package, as we cannot mix and match individual items.
