If you wish to continue living at St. Paul's after your original agreement, you must apply to extend your contracted period. Late fee payments or tenant violations may affect your ability to renew your contract. Contract renewals are not guaranteed and are offered at the sole discretion of St. Paul's.
Before your original contract expires, you must sign and submit to the St. Paul's business office a Renewal Application [PDF] to extend your contract. After the initial contract period, this renewal application must be done every term for which you wish to continue the contract. Please note the deadline dates on the renewal form. It is your responsibility to renew your contract with St. Paul's by the published deadlines.
Failure to apply for renewal before the deadline will result in the termination of your contract and the expectation that you will vacate your unit by noon on the last day of your contract.
