That's a lesson that 20-year-old digital artist Katrina Schouten understands well.
It was part of the motivation behind a pop-up student gallery she put together at the University of Waterloo Stratford campus, where Schouten is a third year student in the Global Business and Digital Arts program.
“The whole idea was that if you see other people's work, then we'll become more creative ourselves, and output more,” Schouten said after the first day of the Creator's Gallery on Tuesday.
