University of Waterloo Stratford campus students will have ties to new Open Data Institute

The federal government has earmarked $3 million for a new public-private partnership aimed at mining the wealth of “open data” that exists in Canada.

And students at the University of Waterloo Stratford campus will be working to turn the raw materials into entrepreneurial gold.
