Practising self-care for students

Coming into university, many students don’t feel as though they have a full understanding of their mental health and how to ensure they are taking care of it. Mental wellbeing is how well a person can cope with the stresses, changes, and happenings of day-to-day life.

Demo Day

Come see social impact in action!

On Wednesday February 26, from 5:00-6:30 p.m., drop by GreenHouse (UTD 164) for Demo Day. Students from Social Innovators in Training will be showcasing their ideas, looking for feedback, and building community. It's a can't-miss opportunity to see the future in action!

What to expect:  

  • Help our students strengthen their ideas and provide real-world feedback
  • See firsthand the innovative ideas for social impact shaping our communities
  • Enjoy some snacks and light refreshments

Congratulations to Lori Campbell!

Lori Campbell has accepted an offer to become Associate Vice-President (Indigenous Engagement) at the University of Regina.

Lori has served as the Director of the Waterloo Indigenous Student Centre (WISC) at St. Paul’s for the past four years. She has also been a popular lecturer in the Indigenous Studies Minor offered by St. Paul’s for the Faculty of Arts.
