Students who are visually impaired and receive free service from GRT are eligible for a refund of their UPASS fee.
If you are eligible email vpof@feds.ca, with proof of payment (a screenshot from Quest) of the UPASS fee, which is included in the Feds Administered fee, and a copy of your CNIB Identification card. You will receive a refund cheque, which is approximately eighty dollars a term.
