Applied Math Researchers Develop New Method for Controlling Quantum Systems

Thursday, May 12, 2016

Researchers from the Department of Applied Mathematics have developed a new method for controlling quantum systems. This work could help to develop quantum technology and improve the performance of quantum experiments. The research, which was recently published, was performed by Master's student David Layden, Research Assistant Professor Eduardo Martin-Martinez, and Professor Achim Kempf.
