Graduate Students Win Outstanding Teaching Assistant Awards

Lindsey Daniels, Moriah Magcalas, and Vivek Thampi each received at least two outstanding TA nominations for their work in the Spring 2015, Fall 2015, and Winter 2016 terms. They will each receive a $150 UW gift card.

Several other Applied Math graduate students received honourable mention: Kamran Akbari, Tahmina Akhter, Alex Ashbourne, Joanna Boneng, Hanzhe Chen, David Deepwell, Jonathan Drake, Brian Fernandes, Humeyra Kiyak, David Layden, Justin Shaw, Sumit Sijher, Cong Wu, and Kexue Zhang all received one outstanding TA nomination.
