Title
Towards Scale Invariance in Cuscuton Bounce
Abstract
Throughout the 20th century, the study of quantum mechanics and quantum field theories has evolved, revealing new and wonderful phenomena. However, many of these studies have depended on the use of approximations and simplifications; making the results analytic or at least numerically manageable. Here I will be discussing the rotating wave approximation, the causality violations it introduces, as well as when and where it is reasonable to use. I shall also be introducing a mathematical trick I developed that simplifies infinite sums, permitting the numerical evaluation of non RWA calculations on 3+1 D cavities; a growing necessity given the relentless advance in experimental techniques. In particular we feel that the RWA and single mode approximations will soon be unnecessary given 21st century computing power.
