When stress starts to build, consider taking a few minutes to move your body in a way that feels good to you. Movement does not have to be intense or time-consuming to make a difference. A short walk, gentle stretching, dancing to a favourite song, or spending time outdoors can help release tension, improve your mood, and provide a mental reset. Think of movement as an act of self-care rather than another task on your to-do list. By finding activities you enjoy and incorporating them into your day, you can create small but meaningful opportunities to reduce stress and support your overall well-being. One easy option is to download the Monthly Community Well-being Bingo Card and participate in the movement and other activities over the month.
