You are warmly invited to attend the Winter 2026 Engineering Communication Student Poster Showcase, which will take place on Thursday, March 5 from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. in the Davis Centre lobby. Multiple sections of 1B students in Management Engineering and 2A students in Architectural Engineering will share work they have prepared for ENGL/COMMST 192: Communication in the Engineering Profession.
The students have been working hard on projects related to the social, ethical, and environmental impacts of engineering technology. They have been mapping the broader “socio-technical systems” engineering work is part of, visualizing their own design projects in new ways, summarizing engineering topics for public audiences, and more!
Come check out the projects and chat with students about their work; the opportunity to present to the broader UW/Engineering community will enrich this experience greatly.
