About Glenn Milner

GLENN MILNER, MCC 2014 is an engineer, project manager and climate risk expert with 11 years of experience working in private, public, and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Housing Infrastructure and Communities Canada, Glenn led climate risk and resilience across North America at JLL, a global real estate firm. He is a licensed professional engineer specializing in water resources, and holds a Master’s degree in climate change from the University of Waterloo.

Glenn is deeply passionate about translating complex data into usable information to drive action and has led numerous training sessions on applying climate scenarios for engineering, planning and decision making across Canadian and U.S. communities. When not talking to people about climate risk, Glenn can often be found singing a cappella across Toronto, walking his dog Haku who looks like a small polar bear, and running along the shores of the Great Lakes.
