Dr. Deltcho Valtchanov, GI alumni and Chief Research and Data Scientist at Axonify, presented "Commercializing AI for Workforce Training: a data first and purpose-built approach" on Friday, November 8th at the VI/AIP Seminar. He presented on how Axonify has been able to successfully deploy and commercialize a variety of machine learning systems.
Dr. Valtchanov argued that many businesses struggle to find a foothold in the machine learning market due to unclear applications and a lack of quality data. He presented insights from working at Axonify and discussed their successful deployment of machine learning systems in the fields of adaptive employee training, training impact measurement, and business result forecasting through focusing on data and purpose.
