Art Lead - Manage art team members' responsibilities, oversee all mockups, asset creation, internal approval of art (often with assistance from appointed team leads), direct connection to design regarding art requirements, ensure the team's efficiency and compliance with available tools and procedures by working with Tools Team. Character Animator - Able to match drawing style and animation style of existing character assets, quick and clean asset creation, capable of doing their own cleanup, able to create character assets, sometimes with nothing more than internet reference, able to follow our rules for clip, folder, and file structure. Building/Decoration/Environment Artists - Able to match drawing style of existing building assets, able to make smart decisions about use of space, proportion, and layering of animated elements, learn and properly use our internal authoring technology and workflows. User Interface (UI)/Misc Artists - Able to illustrate icons and iconic elements for UI, strong knowledge of colour theory, layout, and typography.
