Welcome to the University of Waterloo's Hire Accessibility resource. This site is dedicated to sharing best practices for the inclusive hiring of co-op students.

People with disabilities represent a candidate pool that remains largely untapped after graduation. The University of Waterloo is looking to close that gap through a partnered initiative with our co-op employers.

Waterloo's Co-operative Education, Centre for Career Action and AccessAbility Services have partnered to create and collect resources designed to enhance inclusivity for students and employers.
