African inspired design. Text says Black history month panel discussion - Building career paths for black talent.

This Black History Month, Co-operative and Experiential Education (CEE) is driving meaningful discussions around actions, tactics and strategies to build career paths for Black talent.

According to the Globe and Mail, Black talent makes up less than 1 per cent of executive leadership roles in Canada. Yet, Black professionals between the ages of 25-54 are more likely to hold a bachelor's degree or higher than peers in the same age group who are not a visible minority.

As a global leader in work-integrated learning, CEE aims to future-proof our employers, students and staff. Join our panel discussion to learn more about navigating and ensuring career development for emerging Black talent.

This free virtual event will explore:

  • The career journey of Black talent
  • Actions to cultivate inclusion and development in the workplace
  • Strategies to work together to build an equitable path
