Awards recognize excellence.
We believe we have the best and brightest faculty. For that reason, Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology (WIN) actively seeks recognition for its members to build research strength and raise their profile in order to achieve the international stature implicit of WIN membership.
We are developing a comprehensive list of awards available for research and nanotechnology and implementing an awards program that identifies star researchers and matches them with these programs. WIN has nominated, advocated and written letters of support for many WIN members including:
- Canada Research Chair
- Royal Society of Canada Fellow
- NSERC E.W.R. Steacie Memorial Fellowship
- Top 40 under 40
