WIN Space Return Form

If you are an undergraduate student, a graduate student, post doctorial fellow, a visiting researcher, or any other research personnel who would like to return a key and/or fob that was used for laboratory access and/or office space in the WIN Quantum-Nano Centre (QNC) please read all information on this page and complete the form below.

For more information about key and fob returns and space access in WIN-QNC, please contact the WIN Office.

Returns

  • All keys and key fobs must be returned to the WIN Main Office. If you are still on campus, please return keys and key fobs to the WIN Main Office (3606) or the dropbox on the wall beside QNC 3601. If you are no longer on campus, please return keys and key fobs via mail (address below). Please make sure to place keys and key fobs in a clearly labelled envelope with your full name.

  • If keys are not returned, the keyholder's supervisor and their home department will be notified.
  • Please leave any desk cabinet keys in their lock when leaving an office space for the next user.
  • Lost keys and key fobs must be reported immediately to win-office@uwaterloo.ca and listed in the notes section below.
