About the Award
These awards are offered by the Renison Town and Gown Society, a network of active and involved women from the local community, to encourage students embarking upon their degrees in Social Development Studies, Social Development Studies/Social Work Double Degree, Bachelor of Social Work, or Master of Social Work programs.
Eligibility Criteria — Social Development Studies or Social Development Studies/Social Work Double Degree
To be considered for this award, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Maintain a minimum overall grade point average of 75%.
- First consideration will be given to students who entered post‑secondary education through a non‑traditional pathway.
- Demonstrate a record of involvement in community service.
- Some consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need.
