By submitting this request for registration, I acknowledge that: a) I have read and understood the complete Rules, Terms and Conditions, that I am able to supervise students in the preparation and challenge of the Financial Literacy Competition (FLC), and that I agree to abide by these Rules, Terms and Conditions. b) Registration approval is granted on the basis of the information I have provided on this registration form and which I confirm is accurate and complete. I understand that the University of Waterloo's School of Accounting and Finance reserves the right to verify the information and withdraw my access if found to be incorrect. c) By registering for the FLC, I am consenting to the use of the information collected on this registration form for the purposes of creating user and class accounts in Möbius to provide access to resources connected to the delivery of the FLC and to provide access to the FLC itself, and for the grading of the competition for purposes of identification and communication of awards and recognition in accordance with the contest Rules, Terms and Conditions. Please note that the personal information captured for purpose of registering in Möbius will not be maintained past the competition date and the release and communication of the results. The personal information related to competition results and grading will be maintained to support historical analysis of competition data including, but not limited to, participation numbers, use of resources, results and grading. The University of Waterloo collects, uses, maintains, discloses and disposes of information for the purposes of operating the programs and business functions of the university in a manner consistent with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).
