Troy Maxwell (BA ’89, MAcc ’89)
Troy Maxwell is chief operating officer of RBC US, where he leads major transformation, operations, and technology initiatives across the bank’s U.S. businesses. A long-time champion of community engagement and diversity, Maxwell also serves on SAF’s Advisory Committee.

Adnan Khan (BAFM ’17, MAcc ’17)
Adnan Khan is co-founder and co-CEO of Viva, a fast-growing company creating meaningful career opportunities for women in Latin America while helping executives maximize their impact. Viva now employs more than 200 team members across 15 countries.
