Can you believe it’s been a year since your convocation? We know the past year has been a year of change and growth, as you’ve moved on to start a new job, graduate or professional school, or taking some time to solidify your priorities and goals in adulthood.
Join us for your class of 2025 first year reunion as you reconnect with your classmates. This is a great excuse for all of your friends to gather back in Waterloo and see each other in person!
This reunion will be held during the first-ever SCI-toberfest, on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Grad House, one of campus's most iconic gathering spaces. Tickets for reunion and SCI-toberfest are $20, which includes a delicious selection of Oktoberfest-inspired food, one drink ticket and an evening of live entertainment.
Make new memories back on campus, see familiar faces from friends to your favourite profs, and celebrate how far you’ve come since your convocation.
This event is 19+. There will be a designated area within SCI-toberfest for the class of 2025 first year reunion, which is open to graduates from 2025 and their guests, however, the SCI-toberfest event is open to all Faculty of Science alumni and guests.
Tickets: $20, including tax. Optional, add an official KW Oktoberfest hat for an additional $20 (pre-order only).
Register for this event through the University of Waterloo Homecoming event page. Choose "Register to attend homecoming", fill in your information, then select that you are attending "Science Class of 2025 First-Year Reunion" under additional events. You do not need to also register for the "SCI-toberfest" event within homecoming.
