Join Us for the 2nd Annual PATh Science Symposium!
All students and faculty members in the Faculty of Science or the Dept. of Applied Math are invited to the Path Science Symposium.
Join us to hear about research from Waterloo Science and AMath students, along with an industry speaker panel, in the following sessions:
Morning Session | 9:00 am - 12:00 noon
- 🧬 Life, Health & Biomedical Sciences – Advances in medicine, pharmaceuticals, genetics, human/animal health, etc.
- 🌍 Earth, Environment & Ecology – Investigating ecosystems, climate change, environmental science, waste water, etc.
Lunch | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Afternoon Session | 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- 🔎 Fundamental, Theoretical & Computational Science – Investigating fundamental science in your discipline using experimental, computational, theoretical work, etc.
- 🔬 Materials, Devices & Sensing – Innovating in materials science, engineering, technology, instrumentation, etc.
Evening Session
Social mixer, industry panel and presentation awards.

Use the same form to submit your abstract for a poster presentation (and flash talk if desired) if you are interested in presenting. Abstract submissions are due by January 31st, 2026.
