Environmental isotopes in aquitard research: Are we finding solutions for nuclear waste isolation?
The Observatory is open for public tours, usually on the first Wednesday of each month, offering a chance to look through the university's telescope. This will be preceded by a short talk on astronomy (around 30 minutes) plus an opportunity to ask questions, followed by a tour of the dome.
Join us to celebrate Dr. Anne Innis Dagg's recent honorary doctorate from the Faculty of Science. We are thrilled to offer a free screening of "The Woman Who Loved Giraffes", a documentary about her life and research, and an audience Q&A with Dr. Innis Dagg, moderated by Dr. Barb Katzenback.
