Mr. Lees is President of Babcock and Wilcox, in Cambridge, Ontario, a company for whom he started working for immediately upon graduating from Waterloo’s Applied Physics program. Little did he realize that 28 years later, he would still be working for this industry-leading company in such progressive roles as Director of Business Development & Marketing and Head of the Nuclear Division, before settling in as the company President.
