How I get involved: I have been involved at Waterloo through club opportunities and volunteer experience, which have allowed me to connect with many people who share my interests and passions. One of the clubs I am actively involved in is the University of Waterloo Pre-Medical Society, where I am one of the Co-Presidents. I have also volunteered at Waterloo to help with Physics Lab Days.
Why I love my program
I love the Biomedical Sciences program because it allows me to meet many of the prerequisite courses, or courses which would help me in my journey toward medicine. Alongside these beneficial courses, there is room for electives to explore my other interests!
Why University of Waterloo?
I chose Waterloo because I have lived in the Kitchener-Waterloo region my entire life, because of the academic environment, and because of the tight-knit community in the Faculty of Science!
