Career goal: My goal is to pursue healthcare, but I'm currently exploring different paths within the field to discover which discipline best aligns with my strengths and passions.

How I get involved: Aside from being a Science Ambassador, I volunteer with Let's Talk Science to share my love of science with the community! I also served as a Frontline Leader for Science Orientation, where I built valuable connections and friendships while supporting incoming students.

Why I love my program

I love Biomedical Sciences because the program offers the flexibility, hands-on lab experience, and academic foundation to support my evolving goals. With access to a wide range of electives, I'm able to explore my interests and pursue different options and minors.

The University of Waterloo has a strong academic culture, so it felt like the ideal environment to foster success and growth. There were also countless opportunities to get involved around the school, which I knew would help me gain transferable skills, connect with new people, and contribute to the community.
