Program: Honours Science
Year: 2
Pronouns: He/Him
Career goal: Pharmacist!
How I get involved: I like staying involved by participating in intramural sports and attending various campus events throughout the year! It’s been a fun way to meet people outside of my program and take a break from studying!
Why I love my program
I love how flexible Honours Science is. With only a few required courses, I’ve been able to explore different areas of science without feeling locked in to one path right away. The flexibility has also given me time to get involved in extracurriculars and explore other interests alongside my studies!
Why University of Waterloo?
I initially chose Waterloo because of the Conditional Admission to Pharmacy (CAP) program. I knew I wanted to become a pharmacist, so having a direct pathway from high school really stood out to me. After visiting campus, I really liked the atmosphere, sense of community, and the balance between strong academics and an active student life.
