Program: Honours Science
Year: 2
Pronouns: She/Her
Career goal: I am interested in the healthcare sector—medicine, dentistry, optometry—and related fields as I have a passion for biology.
How I get involved: I volunteer where I can and I join clubs that keep me active and creative in a capacity. It's very nice to meet peers who share your passions and can give you advice on how to take it further, and who you can spend time with.
Why I love my program
I love Honours Science for its flexibility. I can deep-dive into my niche interests in Science as well as explore my passions outside of Science in other faculties!
Why University of Waterloo?
The easy access to and transportation around the city, for one, as well as the university's beautiful campus and all the clubs and extracurricular options available. Both the university and city have so much to offer; combined together, it was the perfect choice for me.
