How I get involved: I've loved being apart of SciSoc while leading our faculty's magazine, DarkMatter. Moreover, volunteering in research labs like the Waterloo Wetland Laboratory as well as rehabilitation programs like CCCARE allowed me to gain experience in a wide variety of science and health-related settings!
Why I love my program
I love my program because its foundational courses have allowed me to learn about a variety of different fields within science, and explore my interest in them. Also, I've been able to connect my learning between core and elective courses incredibly well due to its flexibility!

I chose Waterloo because of its tight-knit community and the incredible opportunities that were available to get involved, learn new things, and meet new people!
