How I get involved: In addition to being a Science Ambassador, I enjoy meeting people and attending events hosted by UW! Whether they be professors or fellow students (science or other), I enjoy learning about everyones passions, goals and undergrad journey. You can also find me featured on UWaterlooLife's instagram :)
Why I love my program
I love biomed because the course sequence prepares me with everything I need in relation to cell biology and medical science, while also being flexible, allowing me to branch out and explore other topics and interests, science or other!
Why University of Waterloo?
Aside from the Biomedical Sciences program, I admire the opportunities at the University of Waterloo to get involved through clubs, events and research opportunities. The community here allows me to easily meet and stay connected with people, and I also find that I feel closer and connected to my professors and academic advisors.
