How I get involved: I'm always finding new ways to get involved on campus! I am a Science Ambassador this year, and I am also an Orientation Front-Line Leader for O-Week this fall. I have been a member of the Biochemistry Student Association in various roles, and I am a volunteer with the Let's Talk Science Outreach program!
Why I love Biochemistry
I love my program because of getting to continue studying topics I enjoy, while also learning new things on subjects I'm passionate about. I feel as though this program is well suited to my future goals and interests, and I'm excited to see what future semesters have in store.
Why University of Waterloo?
I chose Waterloo because of its impeccable reputation and amazing opportunities for students to get involved, inside and outside campus. The co-op placements are a huge attracting factor, as it is an incredible way to get hands-on work experience and get a feel for future career possibilities.
