How I get involved: Along with science ambassadors, you can find me shooting arrows on the archery range, climbing PAC’s wall or making coffee at the CND! I love getting involved both on-campus and off-campus with Grand River Hospital, Let’s Talk Science and O-week.
Why I love my program
I love my program because it gives me the opportunity to explore my interests in Biology and Chemistry with hands on learning through wet labs and experiments. It has a nice balance of electives, allowing me to take courses I’m interested in like CS and language courses.
Why University of Waterloo?
I chose the University of Waterloo because of its welcoming environment and community outreach initiatives! I first toured UW with my high school for Chem Lab Days and had a blast! (I also thought the rock garden and dinosaur museum was super cool)
