  1. July 9, 2024Calls for Members: Appointments, Area Reps Planning, and Parking Advisory committees

    The UWSA Appointments Committee is seeking applications for three committees:

    • The UWSA Appointments Committee
    • The UWSA Area Representatives Planning Committee
    • The UW Parking Advisory Committee

    All UWSA members will be considered, regardless of appointment type or contract length! Please submit the UWSA committee application form by August 1. 

  2. June 24, 2024Call for Members: Sustainable Transportation Planning Group

    The UWSA Appointments Committee is seeking applications for a staff representative on the new Sustainable Transportation Planning Group. The group will advise on the development of a Sustainable Transportation Plan, which will cover many aspects of campus transportation, including fleet, commuting, and shuttle service.

    Term: mid-July through May 2025
    Deadline: July 8, 2024

  3. June 24, 2024Call for Members: Dean of Engineering Nominating Committee

    Mary Wells will be ending her first term as Dean of Engineering on June 30, 2025 and has indicated her willingness to be considered for a second term. The Vice-President, Academic & Provost is forming a nominating committee under Policy 45.

    Openings: One
    Term: August 2024 through April 2025
    Deadline: July 8, 2024
