Dr. Daniel Harley was awarded the Excellence in Online Course Design award from the Centre for Teaching Excellence this year. Professor Harley created Multimedia Storytelling (DEI 616), to explore emerging ideas and practices, including historical and recent scholarship.
"[Daniel's] outstanding approach to design and accessibility creates engaging, pedagogically robust learning experiences within an asynchronous learning environment... This approach, combined with excellent course delivery, demonstrates his commitment to excellence in online education" noted Jessica Thompson, Director of the Stratford School in a letter supporting his nomination.
