Undergraduate award application
- Use the applicable term-based form to apply for awards, as indicated in award profile found in the Undergraduate Awards Database.
- Applications for awards with a future-term deadline will be accepted at a later time, normally once that term begins.
- Please carefully review the eligibility criteria, award description, deadline, and application process for each award that you are interested in - refer to the Undergraduate Awards Database.
- Complete a separate application for each award you wish to be considered for.
President's upper-year award applications
The President's Upper-Year Award program is the renewable part of the President's Scholarship of Distinction. Details can be found on the President's Upper-Year Award program web page.

Entrance award applications (for future students)
The majority of entrance awards and scholarships do not require a separate application, but there are some exceptions. For a complete listing of all available entrance awards, please refer to our Entrance Awards Database where you can search specifically for awards which require an application. Each award profile will include details on the application process. In some cases the application is handled via the Faculty, while other award forms can be found on our Forms page.
