Trouble shooting for Quest log in issues
If you are having issues logging in to Quest and seeing either a "username/password is invalid" error or “Bad Request – Header Field Too Long HTTP Error 400” message but can still log into other services such as WatIAM, Learn or Outlook you will need to fully clear your browsing data. We've included some helpful instructions below, based on your browser of choice.
Please note that these instructions should be completed with no active browser windows that are on any uwaterloo.ca affiliated websites.
How to apply for spring 2025 OSAP
Complete an OSAP Spring Extension Form if you are a student (undergraduate or graduate) and require OSAP funding for the upcoming spring term, and you have already applied for fall 2024 or winter 2025 OSAP and your confirmation of enrolment has been completed; and
- Study term in spring 2025: you intend on taking at least 1.5 units (or 1.0 unit for students with a disability status with OSAP; or
- Official co-op work term in spring 2025: you require additional listing costs while on an official co-op work term.
