Monday, July 1st is Canada Day, a statutory holiday celebrating the country's Confederation. As a result, all classes are cancelled. During the holiday long weekend, most campus operations will either be closed or have modified operating hours. For further details, refer to the Daily Bulletin.
Incoming first-year students:
- Your proof of enrolment will be available in Quest in July, following the release of your course schedule. This document can be submitted directly to your RESP provider, instead of having The Centre complete the verification.

When will I receive my spring 2024 OSAP funding?

Student Awards & Financial Aid will automatically confirm your enrolment electronically with the Ministry of Colleges and Universities. Your OSAP funding will be applied to your student account to pay down your fees owing and/or sent directly to you starting in May. This process will continue regularly throughout the term.

What can I do to make sure I get my funding at the start of the term?

Complete a Promissory Note (if you haven't paid your fees in full) to let Student Financial Services know you'll be using your OSAP to pay your fees

OSAP is added to Quest as anticipated aid once your spring OSAP application is received and processed. We will continue to update our home page with current OSAP processing times.
Make sure your course load matches Quest. If it's different on your OSAP application, we won't confirm your enrolment until it matches. Submit the online OSAP Application Update Form to make a change to your OSAP application.
Upload all required OSAP documentation. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
